During this retreat, your program will include:

• 1.5 hours of daily meditation and dynamic yoga morning practice
• 1.5 hours daily calming Yin yoga evening session
• A guided walk along the coast to enjoy the scenery and fill your lungs with fresh sea air
• Asana yogi clinic
• Multiple workshops and talks with subjects ranging from nutrition, life-coaching, meditation,pranayama, yoga Nidra and sleep enhancement
• Special sunrise yoga
• Vision boarding, creativity and expression sessions- inspiring movies
• Plus, lots of support and knowledgeable advice from the health and wellness team and follow on support, information and recipes so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your time at the retreat at home.

The exercise programs have been designed to accommodate all levels, from beginner to expert.

All the fitness programs are optional and each quest can choose to participate as much or as little as they wish to.

This is a 6 night 7 day retreat. Arrival day Thursday, Flights & travel insurance are not included. Spa therapies, holistic treatments & massages, private 1-2-1 appointments, are at an additional cost.

Food

This retreat offers super healthy and totally delicious food, prepared for you by a dedicated professional private chef and his team.
Guests will enjoy a delicious daily breakfast and a morning healthy and healing juice shot.
For dinner and lunch, wholesome, organic and healthy vegetarian and pescatarian meals will be served. Also, thorough out the day fruit, healthy power snacks, organic herbal teas and infusions, and unlimited mineral water will be available.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, if there are particular foods that you dislike, or if you would like a completely vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan menu during your stay.
