Ideal to calm stress and anxiety. We carry out the walks with small groups of a maximum of 5 people, a minimum of 3 people. Through conscious games experiment and learn your senses in nature. Activity to relax, practice mindfulness and have the opportunity to enjoy nature without having to leave the city. After the activity we will enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast for those in the morning and an aperitif for those in the afternoon.
We offer you to take a conscious walk through nature, appreciating the beauties, talking about issues of consciousness, spirituality and related issues, in a simple way, to turn them into everyday tools.
We will do a guided group meditation, with the healing sounds of a singing bowl, to connect even deeper and increase our personal vibration.
This is a space/portal, for healing to occur, increase a deep connection with your Soul and nature, expanding your consciousness or any other transcendent event that you need to experience in your life. If you allow it, it will happen
We will finish by sharing a nutritious healthy meal, which will help us round off the few hours of full connection with ourselves, the environment, and others.
